4. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST.

5. Order & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our integrated Razorpay payment gateway.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other Razorpay-supported methods.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful order placement.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 2–7 business days and delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on your location.
- Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS.
- ZedKay SuperStore is not responsible for delays due to courier/logistics or force majeure.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Email your cancellation request to zedkaysolution@gmail.com along with the order number.
- If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- A 10% cancellation charge will apply, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Return & Refund Policy
- We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of business.
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or poor-quality item, email us at zedkaysolution@gmail.com within 24 hours.
- Valid refund for re-shop requests will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Discounted or sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
9. Subscription Policy
- Subscriptions can be managed from your account under the My Subscriptions section.
- You may cancel at any time via the cancellation form provided on your dashboard.
- No refunds will be issued for subscriptions already shipped.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and product names on the ZedKay SuperStore website are protected under intellectual property laws.
- Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
